In this paper, the authors emphasize importance of awareness security culture, and define its essential characteristics. By using such an approach, they analyse phenomenon features one today's greatest risks-COVID-19. addition, also deal with analysing culture through prisms school family, as fundamental institutions having influence over education upbringing processes. They observe primarily ways in which these react to new risk resulting from COVID-19, has become threats all world. It means that nowadays people are preoccupied finding preserving both physical mental health, protecting themselves, and, at same time, maintaining a normal lifestyle daily functioning, without fear uncertainty.
